By visiting or buying from filesend.store, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Our products
We sell digital products, including PDF guides, templates and related files (for example, the UGC Income Starter Guide). No physical item is shipped.
2. Orders and payment
- The UGC Income Starter Guide (Premium Edition) is priced at $29 USD. Prices may change at any time, but the price you see at checkout when you place your order is the price you pay.
- Applicable taxes may be added.
- We accept card payments (Mastercard, Visa, American Express) through our secure payment partner, Sifalo Pay. We do not offer cash on delivery, because all of our products are digital.
- We may cancel or refuse any order if we suspect fraud, an error, or a violation of these Terms.
3. Delivery
Digital products are delivered electronically, by download link on the order confirmation page, by email, or in your account, usually right after payment is confirmed. You are responsible for entering a correct email address. If you do not receive your product, please see our Return and Refund Policy.

Return and Refund Policy

All sales are final.
Because our products are digital downloads (PDF guides, templates and related files) that are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges once the product has been delivered. This includes change of mind, buying by mistake, or not using the product.
Please read the product description carefully before you buy.
Exception: non-delivery
We want every customer to get what they paid for. If you paid for a product and did not receive it, we will help. Here is what to do:
- Check your spam or junk folder and your account’s “My Account” > “Downloads” section.
- Make sure the email address you entered at checkout was correct.
- If you still can’t find your product, contact us within 7 days of your purchase at admin@filesend.store or through https://filesend.store/contact-us/. Please include your order number and the email used at checkout.
We will then:
- Resend your download link, or
- Fix any access problem with your account, or
- If we cannot deliver the product for any reason, issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Other problems
If your file is corrupted, will not open, or is the wrong product, contact us with your order number. We will replace it with a working or correct file.
Duplicate or unauthorized charges
If you were charged twice for the same order, contact us and we will refund the duplicate payment.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a payment dispute. We can usually resolve delivery issues quickly. Disputing a delivered product may result in your access being removed.
